I am pleased to inform you that Dudly Paul-Etienne, President of Dudly's Professional Services and I are working together on various projects. These projects include Coconut Grove Elementary and Kenwood K-8 Center. 

On both, the Coconut Grove Elementary and the Kenwood K-8 Center Projects, Ms. Paul-Etienne is responsible for Local Workforce Reporting and Diversity Outreach. Ms. Paul-Etienne has assisted us in increasing our small business participation on both projects. I am very confident in the work that she provides. Ms. Paul-Etienne is dependable, and her professionalism is outstanding.
