It is my pleasure to recommend Dudly Paul-Etienne, President of Dudly's Professional Services, LLC, for small business outreach and compliance services. Dudly and I have worked together since 2015 when my client hired Dudly to assist a General Contractor by providing small business outreach, monitoring and compliance services for the Café 601 renovation project at the AmericanAirlines Arena (the "Project"). 

The Project was subject to Miami-Dade County SBD department (“SBD") small business participation, reporting and compliance requirements. Dudly's diligence and her calm and steady demeanor in working with the prime contractors and subcontractors in achieving SBD compliance has been an asset to the Project. Dudly's services enabled the Project participants to spend more time focused on Project details and completion, while she assisted with paperwork to be submitted to SBD and communications with SBD.
