I have had the pleasure of working with Dudly Etienne-Harvard, President of Dudly's Professional Services. We have worked together on several government funded renovation and deferred maintenance projects for Miami-Dade County Public Schools which include, Jesse J. McCrary Jr. Elementary School, Meadowlane Elementary School and Hialeah Miami Lakes Senior High School. 

On Jesse J. McCrary Jr. Elementary School, Mrs. Etienne-Harvard was responsible for successful project close out. Dudly assisted from project commencement to end user conveyance and was able to execute all tasks and provide quality service. Also, Dudly went above and beyond to ensure that all parties were on the same page when submitting final documents. 

Dudly and I are currently working on the Meadowlane Elementary School project where she oversees Project Closeout and Local Workforce Reporting. I am very confident that the work she provides will be nothing short of excellent and precise due to the previous project that we have worked on together. She is also our Sub-Consultant at Hialeah Miami Lakes overseeing the Local Workforce Reporting, 

I have come to know Mrs. Etienne Harvard as a very hardworking individual, who will stop at nothing to get the job done. On top of having great problem-solving skills and excellent work efficiency, Dudly is a positive, upbeat person which makes working with her a true pleasure.
